Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Life Video, operated by [OPERATOR NAME]. By creating an account or uploading photos you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Life Video turns a series of your photos into a video using AI video models. The service is in early access: features may change, and it may occasionally be unavailable.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older and sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Your photos and permission

• You may only upload photos you have the right to use, of yourself or of people who agreed.
• For anyone under 18, you must be their parent or legal guardian or have their permission.
• You keep all rights to your photos and your videos. You give us permission to store and process them, and to send them to our AI providers, only to provide the service to you.

4. What is not allowed

• Photos of someone without their permission, including public figures.
• Sexual, violent or hateful content, or any content that sexualizes or endangers minors.
• Using videos to deceive, impersonate, harass or defame anyone.
• Content that infringes someone else's rights, or any illegal use.
• Attempting to disrupt, overload or bypass the security or limits of the service.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. AI-generated results

Videos are generated by AI and may not look exactly like the people in your photos, and may contain mistakes or unexpected details. Review each clip before approving it. Generated videos are for personal use; do not present them as real footage.

6. Music

The built-in music tracks are public-domain or CC0 recordings and may be used in your videos. If you upload your own song, you may only upload music you own or have permission to use, and you are responsible for it, including when you share your video. You are responsible for any other use of the content you share.

7. Sharing

Anyone with a video's share link can watch it. You are responsible for who you share it with.

8. Payments

• Each package is a one-time payment for one video. Prices are in Israeli shekels (₪) and include VAT.
• Payments are processed by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for your purchase. You enter your card details on their secure page; they never reach us.
• Making your clips starts right after the payment is confirmed.
• Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or the content of generated videos, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending the service

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data at support@life-video.com. We may end or change the service, and will give reasonable notice where possible.

11. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: support@life-video.com.
