Privacy Policy

This policy explains how [OPERATOR NAME] ("we") handles personal data when you use Life Video to turn photos into AI-generated videos. We collect only what we need to make your video, and we never sell your data.

1. What we collect

• Account details from Google: your name, email address and profile picture, when you sign in with Google.
• Photos you upload and the choices you make: their order, cropping, video shape and quality.
• What we create for you: the generated video clips, the final video, and any greeting text, background image or music choice you add.
• Technical data: basic server logs (such as request times and errors) needed to run and secure the service.

Photos you upload show faces and often show children. We treat them as sensitive: they are stored privately, used only to create your video, and never used for advertising, profiling, or to train AI models by us.

2. How we use it

• To create your video: cropping your photos, generating transitions between them, and joining the clips.
• To run your account: showing your projects and sending you service emails (for example, "your clips are ready").
• To keep the service secure and working, and to comply with the law.

The legal bases are performing our service for you (contract), your consent (which you give when uploading photos), and our legitimate interest in running and securing the service.

3. Who processes your data

We use these service providers, only for the purposes above:

• Supabase – database, file storage and sign-in. Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).
• kie.ai and the Kling video model – AI video generation. To generate each clip, two of your cropped photos are sent to kie.ai, which runs the Kling model developed by Kuaishou. These providers may process data outside Israel and the EU, including in China and the United States. kie.ai keeps generated files temporarily (about 14 days) before deleting them; we copy each clip to our own storage immediately.
• Google – sign-in with your Google account.
• Resend – sending service emails.
• Lemon Squeezy – payments, as the merchant of record. They receive your email and payment details; we never see your card number.
• Our hosting providers – running the website and the video-processing server.

Where data is transferred outside Israel or the EU, we rely on the safeguards offered by these providers. By uploading photos you acknowledge that they are processed by these AI services to create your video.

4. Sharing

Your photos and videos are private to your account. If you copy the share link of a finished video, anyone who has that link can watch it. Only share it with people you trust. We do not otherwise share your data, except with the providers above or when required by law.

5. How long we keep it

• Drafts you delete are removed immediately, including uploaded photos. Empty drafts are deleted automatically.
• Photos, clips and videos of other projects are kept until you ask us to delete them.
• You can ask us to delete your account and all your data at any time by emailing support@life-video.com.

6. Photos of other people and children

You may only upload photos of yourself or of people who agreed, and for anyone under 18 you must be their parent or legal guardian or have their permission. You confirm this before uploading. If you believe a photo of you or your child was uploaded without permission, contact us at support@life-video.com and we will remove it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. To use these rights, email support@life-video.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority).

8. Cookies and local storage

We use only what is needed for the site to work: keeping you signed in and remembering your language choice. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Age

You must be 18 or older to create an account.

10. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, files are stored in private storage, and links to your media expire after a short time. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version, and we will notify you of significant changes. Questions: support@life-video.com.
